I have never experienced more quality care! Sure, there was waiting, but that's what you get for a service above the rest. Even after moving from the Woodlands, I still come here. I have had a couple different doctors and each of them have helped me understand what was going on with my vision, and answered even the questions I felt silly about asking. There is a lovely young lady who has been my optician for years. Her name is Tiffany. Even though this location is probably one of the busiest Vision offices in Houston, she never rushes me, she takes the time to explain the different options for my lenses. Honestly, making sure I was making the right decision for comfort and style. This is how customer service was meant to be. If I have any concerns she addresses them. There are other good opticians too, but she truly gets what she is doing. (i.e. I asked for a "cool" frame a couple years ago, and she told me flat out that they are not going to be comfortable for me. Did I listen? No. I had a sore bridge for a long time). It's not your typical manufactured experience I have received at Walmart in the past. I honestly don't understand how so many people are complaining about waiting. There are worse problems in the world. I use to work for an insurance company back in my college days and let me tell you, insurance is a lot of hoops to jump through. It would help if some of these Negative Nancy's showed some empathy. Maybe I'm a weirdo that actually has patience. Seems rare these days.So to wrap things up, this is a great place with advanced eye care service. I have told everyone I know to go. One of the few places in this city that offers me exactly what I want (honest & great care).
