The staff is extremely polite and respectful. They explain everything in detail to make sure you understand what they are doing. I've been seeing them myself for a few years and just recently brought my daughter in for her first eye exam, the staff is great and loves to interact with kids. I would recommend Eye Trends to anyone I know. Dr. Tom is extremely nice and polite both to my daughter and me.
