I have been seeing Dr Toups (the old man) for  several years now. I've had poor vision for over forty years and have seen many eye doctors. Toups is hands down the best I've seen. He takes time to listen to his patients. He has worked extra hard to get me the best corrected vision I have had in years.  We my son had a minor eye emergency he even came into the office on a Sunday afternoon! Don't like to wait?
