I’ve been going here for years. The doctors change out every so often, but I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff are friendly and you can tell the doctors care about their patients. I live in Austin, and drive back because I’m so pleased with the service.
I will say though, when they started my most recent appointment, they thought I was a new client. I let them know I was not, and they quickly resolved it. Odd that it happened, but they resolved it so no harm done.

I called Eye Trends on July 15th after failing my DPS vision test and was blown away by the service. They fit me in for a last-minute early appointment, and the entire team worked efficiently to get me in and out in under 90 minutes, including ordering frames so I could return to the DPS the same day. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and took time to
answer my questions. The doctor explained things no one had ever mentioned before, which helped me better understand my eye health. Highly recommend amazing service from start to finish!
