Staff were all welcoming & polite. I was able to get my son in for an appt the next day. Was there for maybe an hour from start to finish, including purchasing glasses.

From the moment we entered the office, we were greeted and warmly welcomed by the office manager, Natalie. Mike checked us in and took care of our pre-testing, followed by Dr. Sterling’s excellent care and expertise. And last but certainly not least, Barbara, the optician, helped us get set up with our new eyeglasses.She was great, explaining our benefits, what was covered and not and any discounts applied. Very knowledgeable and informative! The entire staff was welcoming, attentive, kind, and professional from beginning to end. Everyone made us feel comfortable and well cared for. We truly appreciate the wonderful experience and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend this office and their amazing team!

I love this place. I have always had a great experience with this team. They are honest and really want you leaving in glasses that work for your face and budget. Dr. Wong took time to answer questions and it helped me understand the care I needed. 10 stars always!
