Sterling Curnutt, O.D.

Dr. Sterling Curnutt earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry. During his clinical training, Dr. Curnutt completed externships at Mission Vision, where he focused on complex contact lens fittings, ocular disease management, and delivering high-quality patient care. He also trained at Northside Community Clinic, gaining extensive experience managing complex eye conditions within diverse patient populations.

 

In addition to his externships, Dr. Curnutt completed supplemental rotations in cataract surgery and pterygium surgery postoperative care, as well as a glaucoma clinic, further strengthening his skills in surgical comanagement and chronic disease management.

 

Dr. Curnutt is committed to delivering individualized, attentive care and values building meaningful relationships with his patients while maintaining the highest standard of clinical excellence. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his dog Hazel, playing pickleball, watching and participating in sports, exploring new foods, and playing video games.
