Overall good service, just had cataract surgery month ago. This new post eye exam was good and she was very professional, and answered any questions I had. Now the woman taking order for frame & style glasses got confused we was talking about both sun glasses & daytime for work. But She got order mixed up ordered sunglasses first instead of daily prescription for work I needed first. Took extra week waiting for correct ones to come back. I was dreading going to the eye doctor today. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Natalie. She was so bubbly she made me actually happy. It was Barbara who did all my testing and did she ever have patience with me I felt like I was with My Best Friend. Dr Wong could see that I had a little bit of anxiety and completely put me at ease as he fitted me for my new glasses.
