I was able to make an appointment for both myself and my wife with less than 24 hours notice. For first time customers they have you fill out an online questionnaire with all your insurance and medical information... saves a lot of time when you show up the next day.
Was seen within minutes of showing up for my appointment... no "what time does my 1:00 appointment start" here.
My insurance has a $10 co-pay. For an additional $10 I was able to use a special photo machine for the exam rather than getting my eyes dilated for the exam. Well worth it, imho.
All the staff and Dr. Stornant were very friendly and professional.
With my particular insurance plan, when you order frames they have to send them out so it took about 7 business days for them to come back... your milage may vary.
